ASHA is preparing for advocacy for federal employees. It is particularly useful to have actual denials and ASHA would welcome any denials that you have for clients who have been served under the Federal Employee’s Plan, TriCare, and/or the VA. Keep in mind that the Federal Employee has many choices for insurance, so it’s a matter of knowing the client, and whether they’re receiving coverage through a Federal Plan.
